This is a new set (4-pieces) of Outer door handle rubber seal for BMW model E32, E34 and E36. Under the hot sun the original door handle seal might crack or wear out over time, which does not look nice and also will allow water and dirt to slip into the door, eventually might damage the door lock mechanism.
This product is used to replace the damaged outer door handle seal only. Instead of purchasing the original set which include the door handle (normally not easily damaged and do not need to be replace), this will help save money and not wasting a perfectly good door handle.
The door handle rubber is made from first class rubber that is more durable than the synthetic rubber produced by BMW. This product is more cost effective whereby it is less costly and has longer life span.
Please don’t delay from changing the cracked door seal. In the long run it might be more costly if water and dirt went inside the door and damage the door lock mechanism, which will be inconvenient and costly to replace.
